Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rival NC! Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We ship to all 50 US states. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

Delays While we do our best to meet these timeframes, processing and delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
